What is AIO, and how is it different from SEO?
SEO is the work of ranking in a list of blue links. AIO, AI optimization, is the work of being usable as a source when someone asks ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity for a recommendation instead of searching. Those systems answer from content they can read, verify, and cite, which means structured data, consistent business facts, and pages that answer questions directly. The two overlap, but a site can rank well and still be invisible to an assistant. We build for both.
Will an AI assistant actually recommend my business?
There is no way to buy a place in an AI answer, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something.
